Alice in Wonderland

By Dennis McCarthy
Alice, a curious young girl, sees a white rabbit with a pocket watch and decides to follow him down a rabbit hole. She finds herself in the magical world of Wonderland, where everything is topsy-turvy and nothing is as it seems.

In Wonderland, Alice meets a host of quirky characters. She grows and shrinks in size by eating and drinking mysterious things, meets a grinning Cheshire Cat who can appear and disappear at will, and joins a mad tea party with the Mad Hatter and the March Hare. She also encounters the Queen of Hearts, who loves to shout “Off with their heads!” and plays a very silly game of baseball using flamingos as bats.

Throughout her adventure, Alice learns important lessons about being brave,  thinking creatively, embracing change, and understanding that it’s okay to be different. In the end, she finds herself back home, realizing it was all a wonderful dream but carrying the magic of Wonderland with her.

This play is a delightful journey filled with wonder, laughter, and lessons, perfect for young imaginations.
