Featuring a small-town girl, a city boy, some romance, and some of your favorite 80’s hits, Rock of Ages is packed with energy, humor, and all the rock hits that defined a generation. 

Grab a group of your best friends and bring them to the Playhouse for a rockin’ night of songs by Poison, Journey, Twisted Sister, Quiet Riot, Foreigner, Europe, Whitesnake, and more! And remember to leave the kids at home for this one!

Creative Team

Eric Alsford (Music Director) (he/him) is thrilled to work on his first production at The REV.  Eric is a graduate of the Eastman School of Music in Rochester, NY.  He has conducted/played Off-Broadway for That’s Life and I Love You, You’re Perfect, Now Change! as well as national tours of Mamma Mia!, Nunsense, Annie, and Stars of David. Eric regularly music directs the many incarnations of Nunsense with writer/director Dan Goggin. Regionally, Eric has music directed for Maltz Jupiter Theater, Arvada Center, Theater Aspen, Bucks County Playhouse,  Short North Stage, Actors Playhouse, Shenandoah Summer Music Theater, North Shore Music Theater, Cape Playhouse, Ogunquit Playhouse, John Engeman Theater, Arkansas Rep, Drury Lane Chicago, Artpark, Meadowbrook Theater, and Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines, among others. He is a five-time recipient of South Florida’s Carbonell Award for Best Music Director, and a two-time recipient of Colorado’s Henry Award for Best Music Director.

Melanie Attuil (Assistant Stage Manager) (she/her) is thrilled to be back at The REV for another production! Previous credits with The REV include A Bronx Tale, Jesus Christ Superstar, Bonnie and Clyde, Barnum, and Top Hat. Other select credits include Beetlejuice and Jersey Boys with Norwegian Cruise Line; Escape to Margaritaville, Rock of Ages, and Beautiful: The Carole King Musical at Gateway Playhouse; and Elf The Musical at Surflight Theatre. Melanie proudly holds a Bachelor’s degree in Technical Theatre from SUNY Oswego. She is a big fan of theme parks, Diet Coke, and her friends. Enjoy the show!v

Bryce Cutler (Scenic Designer) (he/him) Broadway: Grand Horizons. Off-Broadway and regional credits include designs at The Public Theater, The Guthrie Theater, Seattle Rep, New York Stage and Film, Barrington Stage Company, Pioneer Theater Company, Westport Country Playhouse, Drury Lane Theater, Miami New Drama, Maltz Jupiter Theater, Tuacahn Center for the Arts and he has designed world premieres by John Patrick Shanley, Dael Orlandersmith, Matt Aucoin and Steven Mackey. Additional projects include Samsung’s virtual reality television series “Interpretation of Dreams; Feel The Pride,” an AI powered audiovisual installation with Grammy Winner St. Vincent; along with live events for Muse, Microsoft, Google, Activision, The Ad Council and more. He is a recipient of the USITT Rising Star Award, a L.B. Tobin Director-Designer Finalist, and a 2025 Bibi Ferreira Nominee for Melhor Cenografia for Mean Girls in São Paulo, Brazil. Kevin Heard† (Sound Designer) (he/him) is grateful to return for his 11th season at The REV. Previous sound designs here include: Top Hat, May We All, Newsies, Beautiful, Catch Me If You Can, Footloose, 42nd Street, Buddy, Grease, Ghost, Parade, and From Here To EternityOff–Broadway sound designs include Lizard Boy (2024 Drama Desk Nomination for Outstanding Musical), ¡Americano!, #DateMe, Einstein’s Dreams, The Hello Girls, In & Of Itself, Midnight at The Never Get, and more. Broadway credits (as Assoc. Sound Designer): Good Night Oscar, The Minutes, All The Way, The Cherry Orchard, and The Country House. Kevin has designed the sound for dozens of productions at regional theaters across the country and internationally from London to Manila. In addition to his sound design work, Kevin is currently the Associate Producer for Chicago’s cirque-comedy-cabaret extravaganza, Teatro ZinZanni, and is a lead producer on the internationally renowned tour, The Jinkx & DeLa Holiday Show, starring drag superstars BenDeLaCreme and Jinkx Monsoon. Mollie Heil* (Assistant Stage Manager) (she/her) is delighted to return to The REV! Previous REV credits: Carousel, A Bronx Tale, Bonnie & Clyde, Top Hat, Jesus Christ Superstar, Newsies, Jersey Boys, A Chorus Line, and State Fair. Selected regional credits: Dear Jack, Dear Louise at Alabama Shakespeare Festival; White Christmas at Tuacahn; and 10+ productions with Arizona Theatre Company. Former Adjunct Instructor at the University of Arizona’s School of Theatre, Film, and Television for Adv. Stage Management. Heil received her BFA in Stage Management from The Sargent Conservatory of Theatre Arts at Webster University in St. Louis. She is a proud union member and is based in Tucson, AZ. Thanks to her family, Brett, Michael, and everyone at The REV for another fantastic production!

Tiffany Howard (Costume Designer) (she/her) is back in the costume shop for her 19th season! She is thrilled to be designing all four shows this year. In addition to the summer shows, Tiffany also designs and builds most of the costumes for our amazing education branch of theatre that reaches thousands of NY state students. In recent years she has also worked with the Schweinfurth Art Center, Skylight Theatre and Nazareth College. Favorite designs include Top Hat, Jesus Christ Superstar, Holiday Inn, Mamma Mia!, Into The Woods, Cabaret, Beautiful: The Carole King Musical, and From Here to Eternity. Huge shout out to the hardest working costume shop around! Would not happen without you! All my love to my ballast, Geoff. 

Megan Larche Dominick, CSA (Casting Director) (she/her) Enjoying her third season as the resident Casting Director for The REV. Broadway credits include the revivals of A Chorus Line and Grease; Bring it On: The Musical; Legally Blonde; Grace; and Disney’s The Lion King. Associate Artistic Director / Director of New Works for Theatre Under the Stars. Associate Producer / Casting Director for The Muny (four-time Artios Award nominee for Outstanding Achievement in Casting). Select films include: Every Little Step, True Grit, It’s Complicated, Hairspray, and Diary of a Wimpy Kid. International premiere of Maltby & Shire’s Waterfall, A New Musical Bangkok, Thailand. Erin Mittman* (Production Stage Manager) Thrilled to be at The REV! National Tours: Back to the Future, Les Misérables, My Fair Lady, Fiddler on the Roof. Regional: Australian Theatre Festival; Hairspray, Jekyll & Hyde at White Plains PAC; Beautiful, Disney’s Frozen, 9 to 5, Ragtime, and Disney’s Beauty and the Beast at MTWichita. Marshall Pope (Props Designer) (he/him) is thrilled to be in his 15th season at The REV, working as Props Supervisor for the last eight. Props credits at The REV include Grease, Grand Hotel, South Pacific, Working, Loch Ness, Buddy, 42nd Street, Footloose, Almost Heaven, Catch Me If You Can, The Hunchback of Notre Dame, State Fair, Ain’t Misbehavin’, Evita, Into The Woods, Beautiful, A Chorus Line, Jersey Boys, Newsies, Bandstand, May We All, Jesus Christ Superstar, Barnum, Top Hat, and Bonnie and Clyde, in addition to numerous productions for The REV On Tour. His work has also been seen on the Playhouse stage as a scenic designer, including Almost Heaven, Jersey Boys, Newsies, and Bandstand. He has also designed locally for Skaneateles High School and Geneva Theatre Guild. Proud member of The Society of Props Managers. 

José Santiago† (Lighting Designer) (he/him) is a New York City-based Lighting Designer. His work has been seen at Palm Beach Dramaworks, Pioneer Theatre Company, Ogunquit Playhouse, Maltz Jupiter Theatre, Chicago Opera, The Paramount Theatre (Aurora, IL), Drury Lane (Chicago), Skylight Music Theatre, Center REP, Bristol Riverside Theatre, North Shore Music Theatre, Theatre by the Sea, Bay Street Theatre, Gretna Playhouse, The Gateway, The Engeman Theater, Guild Hall, Penobscot Theatre, 5 Star Theatricals, Slow Burn Theatre, Gulfshore Playhouse. Shea Sullivan** (Director/Choreographer) (she/her) REV debut! Shea is a NYC-based director/choreographer. Recent credits: Frozen at Paper Mill Playhouse;Leader of the Pack and  Last of the Red Hot Mamas at Bucks County Playhouse. Off-Broadway: R.R.R.E.D, Neurosis (Chita Rivera Award Nomination), Polkadots: The Cool Kids Musical (Off-Broadway Alliance Award), Pageant! (SDC’s Callaway Finalist, Drama Desk Nomination Best Revival), I’ll Say She Is, Once Upon a Mattress, and Pete (Her) Pan. Maxine Warren (Assistant Director) A Charlotte, NC native and PPU graduate, Maxine is thrilled to be making her Assistant Directing debut at The Rev under Shea’s leadership! She has credits including Chicago (Hunyak) at artshhi; Grease (Cha-Chat) at RCCL; Madame Clicquot at PCLO; and Miracle on 34th Street at Surflight.
